The Linn County Lamb & Wool Fair is a long standing tradition in the heart of the Forks of the Santiam. It can be found in the historic community of Scio situatied on Thomas Creek and Highway 226 W. It is held concurrently with the NW Champion Sheepdog Trials, the longest running sheepdog trial in the country. This weekend includes a car show, quilt show, beer garden, pie eating contest, 5k lamb trot, talent show, live music, a sheep show, a fiber festival and market, and much much more.  It is  for familes and friends to come together and support our community while having fun. It raises funds for non-profits, individual scholarships and educational programs along with supporting manby local businesses and vendors who help keep our tradition growning.
