Reverend’s BBQ in Portland, Oregon, opened in 2014 and has already made quite a name for itself. They serve “the finest barbecue and fried chicken in the region” with fresh ingredients and refined culinary techniques. Stop in for lunch or dinner every day of the week.
Since 2003, Adam’s Rib Smoke House has provided the fine people of Salem, Oregon, with delicious, authentic American barbecue. They’re known for their slow-smoked meats and 12 micro-brews on tap.
Buster’s Texas Style Barbecue brings a little Texas flair to the northwest, with three locations throughout Oregon. Each of their restaurants, including one in Tigard, Gresham, and Milwaukie, features a saloon area for hanging out. Stop in for lunch or dinner.

Baldy’s Barbeque has two Bend, Oregon locations, including one on the west and east side, and one in Redmond, Oregon. They’ve won the “Best BBQ Award” in Bend every year since opening, and it’s easy to see why from their delicious specials and incredible cuisine.
