The Homer Days volunteers are committed to putting on a world class Home-Town Summer Festival. We have everything you would expect, including a Parade, Arts & Crafts, Food Court, Live Music and Homer's own Brewfest. In celebrating the life and times of our favorite son—and Oregon’s first media super star—Political Cartoonist Homer Davenport, we also have several features not usually seen in a summer festival: An International Cartoon Contest featuring entries from around the globe; a strong focus on our heritage and history; and of course the Davenport Races!
